Kristy the same thing happened to me is been hard for me too read a new book, i mean one without vamps , but hey i am doing it now and Nora yes thei'r is a new chapter is when Mel wakes up is something she did for the movie purpose is really cool cause it describes what happened when Ian finds out :)

I have to agree with Letty, I bought the book and it took me until a couple of chapters in to get hooked, but once I did I really enjoyed it. Can't wait for a sequel to find out what happens next. I think I had a hard time with the beginning because I was thinking about Twilight and vampires.
