Comment by Fijidreamin on August 7, 2009 at 2:52pm: I was in Forks and La Push July 17 and 18 of this year. The town of Forks is small and we really enjoyed our time there. It'a real easy to find the spots where the book takes place like the high school, sport shop, police station etc. Heading to La Push is gorgous and there is a fun store with a sign saying "treaty line" when you hit the reservations. First beach was nice but second beach was absolutely beautiful, it's worth the walk through the woods. Port Angeles is bigger than we imagined and it's easy to find the Itallian restaurant and book shop etc. Plus there is a Twilight map that shows the locations if you're not sure. I'll get some pictures posted from our trip.
