The Twilight Saga

These are the times that try men's souls

We get surprises everyday, whether it's a snack in our lunch, or a gift from a friend. Sometimes the surprises aren't good at all, they are devastating. This weekend one of the kindest, greatest man that I have ever known passed away. This year hasn't been off to a great start for me, you can say that. But as we go through life we have to experience this stuff. It's not me I want you to feel sorry for. In fact, I realized today that I can honor his memory by doing the best I can in school and help others. But there is one thing that I would like to tell you all, this man had a daughter in the fourth grade, a 16 year old daughter and a 20 year old son. He also had a son who passed away at the age of 18 from the same thing that he did. Why am I telling you this? Well, because he taught me a lesson that we all hear when we are younger, except he lived it in everyday life, live lfe to the fullest. In saying this, even if you don't practice a religon, I ask you to please pray for his family. This man loved everyone he came in contact with and had no negative attitude toward anyone. I went by his house today and spoke to his wife, who is like him in many ways. I just hate to think that his young daughter will never get to hug her father again, kiss him goodnight, or get a ride home from school ever again. Rest In Peace Mr.H
