Twilight Scene after Bella gets bit my James

Okay we all know that Bella wakes up in the hospital with a broken leg and her wrist wrapped up! But if the Cullens were trying to keep their secret what did they say to the doctors when they saw the bite mark on Bella's arm? That's ALWAYS been my question that I want answered! Any ideas??
