Has Kristen Stewart been a bad, bad girl?

Check out the video below, which purports to depict the Twilight vixen enjoying a beer while hanging out with pals at a backyard get-together.

Though the video is pretty dark, it would certainly seem to show K-Stew refreshing herself with a cool, frosty Heineken. Which, given the fact that Stewart is only 19, would be illegal in these here United States. If it's actually her, and not some impostor in a mullet wig.
