The Twilight Saga

I am re-reading through New Moon for the second time right now.  I haven't finished yet, but I'm a lot closer than I was.  I just got done with chapter 16.  In this chapter Bella goes cliff diving.  When I made my profile, I had mentioned (if I remember) the fact that Bella loved both Edward and Jacob, but I had made the point that she didn't love Jacob in the same way she loved Edward.  I felt this way when I read this book the first time through.  It hit me that in this chapter when Bella talks about Romeo and Juliet.  She began to wonder what would happen to Juliet if Romeo left and if she would go to be with Paris and try to be as happy as she could with him even though she didn't love him the same way she loved Romeo.  I was thinking about this whole thing and then it hit me that this could have also applied to her and Jacob.  To me it almost seems like she was also kind of thinking and talking about herself as well.  This kind of proved my own point.  I just thought that was interesting enough for me to share with you.  Tell me what you think.
