yeah i dont like the ring either but awhile ago stephenie meyers described the ring and even posted a pic of it i think and it looks just like the one in the movie, it was modeled after one from the early early 1900's..

I totally see your point since that's the scene i love the most in the chapter. I can't wait to see the proposal too and the scene where they went camping to wait for Victoria. I'm so excited about it...

i really liked the movie..i thought miley fit the part just perfectly, because nicholas sparks wrote the book with her in mind..so techically i guess you can say it was wrote for her..What did you think of liam hemsworth playing will..He was really good plus hes hot lol..well take care..=)
