yeah. my sister has been trying to get her son back for 2 1/2 yrs. now.
it is pretty strange that i need a sweatshirt when i walk into my house but as soon as i leave i sweat my butt off lol.
Wow! San Diego sounds so nice! It just hit 60 degrees where I live and I'm enjoying every minute of it! I haven't had my spring break yet. Unfortunately I have to wait until next month to enjoy a break from school.
My sister is doing great now, thanks for asking. She divorced her husband and is now happily married to a responsible, caring man, with whom she now has a baby girl with. This is her second child, but unfortunately her first is with his father(her first husband) in Tenessee so she never gets the chance to see him. But she is working on it. She recently found a job and is hoping to prove responsible enough to get her son back.
I've looked at Etsy a few times but it's not something I'm interested in using. I etch glass upon request. I hate making it ahead of time and people not wanting what I did. I have my own personal site with all my information about my glass etching services and such. Have a look if you'd like :)
Hi there Beth,
Thank you for thinking of me. I would love to join in the discussion and I am sure Trotter would do too. I do think he is a lot more thourough than I am. :)
I am just afraid I will not have enough time to spend on the discussion. If you guys don't mind me coming on at a irregular basis, I'm in.
(It just kind of depends on how my mum is at times. she has Alzheimer desease and some days are a bit hectic, other times are perfectly normal.)
Sure not a problem!
He already has a Lamborghini mirror that I did maybe a year or more ago. He had this mirror hanging in his room that was just kind of boring and I asked him if I could etch on it and well, that's what it came to be lol
I'm still waiting to hear back from Cold Stone to see if I can get that tub of ice cream he likes. They also do cakes so maybe I could buy the cake instead of his mom having to do that..again if it comes in that flavor.
yeah summer is a really busy time... I'm trying to get a colour on my skin... don't know if it's working.... :( hahahha
this summer I also started the inheritance cycle of Christopher Paolini... and to be honest he is not a really great writer... I prefer Tolkien style... TOLKIEN!!!! can't wait to find out who will play Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit...
how was your summer... tell me all about it....
PS.. I graduated... I may call myself Officially a bachelor student LAW hahahh
Thanks so much! Yes, I'm going back and doing chapter by chapter to catch up. I enjoy reading what you and others have to say. It really gives a lot of different insight into somethings I already knew and others I didn't really think of. I'm on Ch. 5 now so I should be caught up by the time she resumes with Ch. 12 next week...thanks again(=
Thank you for the nice comment on my blog. We do love love, don't we?
I agree with you that there is a difference between democrats and republicans. As you know Europe was not to keen on Bush jr. The States took it quite badly when my country didn't agree with them, I remember. But we are optimistic with the election of Obama. He inherited an almost bancrupt land, but we have high hopes he will make a change. I just hope he gets the time to do everything he plans.
But you must be patient with people like Crunchy Taco and Captain Hammer. They are not happy people and mostly it is not their fault. Attacking is the way they defend themselves. When they get hatefull replies it strenghtenes them in their opinion. When people reason with them they do listen and they do get to see another side than theirs. I prefere to believe in the goodness of people allthough I do realise that some just aren't. I do doubt really nasty people would bother with writing on these kind of forums. Audacity comes with that believe and the ability to write so clearly? I have my dictionary next to me, haha!
17 was the best age ever! I never wanted to become 'of age' like many of my friends. It was like 18 was what they waited their whole lives for. (18 means you can vote, drink, get a drivers licence, go to disco's...) I loved my childhood and didn't want to lose it completely, but as you say, a personality was formed. It was also an age where you had everything ahead of you, the whole world was waiting just for you, the future was bright and you could become anything you wanted. I too realise I'm not 17 anymore, but only in body, in mind I'm still that young girl with all the plans and hope. If I wouldn't look forward anymore, there would be nothing left. I love my memories, but still look for the future.
I found out that when there is no more arrow with "reply to this" that you just find the last one, and reply to that one. Your comment will get put under the last reply. I really like that guy, he is an antifan but is not just about taking down, he listens as well. what did you think?
:-) Thats my Gracie. We got her the Friday before Christmas this past year, and already I can't really remember what it was like without her!
Thanks for the welcome! I think its a great idea to share thoughts and observations with other fans, its fun because I love the stories and characters, and because its always enlightening to see all the different things people think and get out of the same thing!
Thanks for explaining what poison oak is. Now I understand this, I can say that it is a bad thing what happend to your husband. but like you said wearing his ring on your neck is cool.... :)
you really made me think about the fact that he was like a father figure... The phantom was older and he was her light when her father died.... but yet he is the dark... and raoul the light. I love the phantom... but you can look at this from 3 POVs,,,,, I look it true the phantoms eyes. the part when the phantom is alone and sings... with the monkey in is hands it is so sad...
but at the end.. the phantom has won... what I mean is that the phantoms rose with the ring lays on her grave... I think that part is very beautiful
but what really matters is your true life...... your son and your husband... so tell me more when you have time ..... :)
