Based on what everyone knows about Twilight, Nessie will be fully grow to her copacity by the time she is about seven in human years. However, physically she will appear as about a 15 year old.
This was the finding based on the growth of Nahuel (the half human/vampire boy). Therefor, Nessie may very well fall in love with Jacob. It could happen : )
