Are groups approved at a certain time each day because I don't have a day to spend just waiting for a group to be approved and I would love to have my own group.

Hello :) I was just wondering who was in charge of approving groups? Because I've had experinces with groups where they take like 19 hours to be approved and I'm waiting for a group to be approved, but today's my only free day for the rest of the week so I really need it to be approved today, could you please tell me who to talk to about that?
