Monday and Tuesday we're going to Lodon and the rest of the week no school at all... but we do have a lot o work, almost everyday now. Tomorrow for instance we got a test and we have a group assignment: give 1 hour class, so we chose 'improvisation theatre'(improvisatietheater) because it's for dutch and we wanted something that goes with that. Were with the 4 of us(all into Twilight but I'm the worst because I'm an addict). I'm supposed to give the exercises, that isn't easy since I only had 1 impro lesson last year(I went to an other school for 1 year and it was something we could pick when we went on 'gwp'(geintegreerde werkperiode) in Ghent.) So I'm hoping everything'll go as it should go, 'cause I'm nervous if I got all attention on me. Sometimes I don't it depends on what I have to do...
Anyway when do you have your exams? We start june 10th and have our last exam (English so nothing to worry about) june 23rd...
a bit like me then, only I stink at maths. My teacher once told me I didn't have any logic in my whole body; I thanked him for the complement. I wasn't any good at music either. I only sing in the shower. It helps keep strangers out of the bathroom when I'm in there! I did like drawing tough, allways had good marks there. If only I had been any good at maths I could have been an architect; As it is, I only made the plans for my own home. I'm pretty proud of that. I allways got a lot of points on my essays as well, that is why I write I guess.
Sounds like you have it all under controle, lucky you! What subjects are your favorites in school? and what are your worst nightmare? I loved art, languages, history and geography. Absolutely hated maths, chemistry and physics.
Are you prepared for the exams? You sound so smug when you state just a few more weeks to go, as if they aren't going to be the most difficult weeks of the year. I allways hated exams; I loved school but exams were really not my thing. I spoke to my former teacher a couple of months ago and she told me she was so sad for me because I was really bright but just clammed down on exams. Total blank! I couldn't remember anything I knew I studied. Too nervous I suppose. For years (after I started work) I had nightmares about having to go do exams and then I would wake up and just relax and sigh: oh, lucky me, I get to go to work!
The only good thing about exams was, once they were finished you had this very long, lovely vacation. Joepiiee! as you said!
Sure Eva. The shop is in the Kattestraat 31/33 te Aalst. The website is club.be
You are very welcome. But it is not really on the way to the coast, so don't worry if your parents dont want to make a stopover. We can still chat on this site anyway.
I work in a bookshop in Aalst, I don't own it. As a matter of fact next year the shop is closing down. I have lost the job I held for the last 31 years. I am enjoying the next eleven months before the shop closes down though. Selling books has been a hobby to me. I love books, I read a lot and I write myself. I love helping people to find the books they enjoy and often I promote the books I love. I do my best to sell a whole lot of Stephenie's books and so far everybody I sold them to have loved them. I only whished Morgenrood would have been published before my shop closes. It's hard to say no to girls who want to pre-order the books now.
I enjoyed the visit from Karen yesterday. You are also very welcome but Limburg is a bit out of the way, isn't it?
when i dyed my hair blond & added the pink, it was easy.
dye my whole head blond & after about 5 mins of drying my hair
i added the pink. whenever you have to redo your roots, you might
end up bleaching over the pink but its cool. just add more pink like you did the 1st time.
I'm think of adding more colors to my hair. I did have a mix of red & pink.
it was like a super BRIGHT pink.
