[Bella lifted her attention to Jacob as he apologized, jaw dropping a bit. She was surprised that he apologized first. Jake usually wasn't so...level headed. When he pulled her into another hug, Bella wrapped her arms around him, tears springing to her eyes. She had been so mad at him all day, that now she was overjoyed to hear from him, let alone in person. "Thanks, Jake." she said softly against his woodland-scented skin. Her small shoulders fit easily under his arms as he hugged her. "I miss you." she admitted as he stepped out, "See you later. Tell Billy I said Hi." she waved, pushing the window closed behind him as he ran off.]
[Bella shiverred in the hug and huddled closer to Jacob for warmth. "M-maybe to you." she said, narrowing her eyes at the open window. She broke the hug and walked over to close it, and then leaned on the end of her bed, watching him across the room. Her lights were low, book open on her bed from studying. Her hands rest on the wooden dowel that she sat on, fingertips touching it to either side of her. "So...what's up? Are we on talking terms again?" she asked, with a hint of a little too much hope.]
[Bella frowned deeper, about to be stubborn when she realized that he was coming up, regardless of if she stood in the way or not. She took a step back, knocking her head on the edge of the window on her way back. She lifted a hand to rub her head and crossed her arms. When he pulled her into the hug, she just stiffened. She breathed in, about to yell at him, but then relaxed. She didn't want to yell at Jake. She was actually really glad he was there. She was mad that he hadn't spoken to her about it, though. She unfolded her arms and wrapped them around him, surprised by the warmth of his skin. "Jeez, Jake...it's freezing outside. You should really wear a shirt." she complained.]
[Bella's attention shifted from the paper she was trying to write, to the window. She stood up and walked to it, wrenching it open. "Jake? What are you doing here?" she asked into the night, voice lowered even though Charlie wasn't even home. She looked a bit angry. The last time they talked, he hadn't even said a proper goodbye before exploding into wolf form and taking off.]
