Peyton kept her inner turmoil to herself, hearing the word 'coffee.' Good God, they were lucky they had water available, let alone all the alcohol in the basement. The last time there was coffee in this house was around thirty years ago, probably longer than that.
"We haven't gotten to go to the store yet today so we don't have any coffee." She replied, frowning slightly at Jefferson. "Sorry, would you want something else? We probably have enough alcohol downstairs to murder a country."
Seriously, getting drunk was a hobby for some of these vampires, simply because it was something other than blood they were able to drink. After living off of blood for so long, it was the most amazing feeling to take a shot of Bacardi for them.
"That's definitely a good thing." The cold weather was pretty disgusting to Peyton, especially since it was what now; January? She grimaced internally at the thought of having to brave February and even more disgusting snow and cold.
Turning toward Jefferson as he finished entering the house, she chuckled a bit. "Thanks for the compliment but this place isn't all that big when you live with three other people." It was more cramped than anything. Only now did she get a break since everyone went out.
"The old stuff is comforting to listen to but still." Peyton sighed before shrugging her shoulders. "Do you want something to drink?"
Jenna: Smiling at his words, she held his hand as he drived. She just loved how they could both be quiet, without finding it awkward at all. Eventhough she had only been his girlfriend for a day, she really did love him. Reaching the diner, she got out and walked in together with him, sitting down at a booth at the very back. Still holding on to his hand, she smiled sheepishly removing it. She noticed that there were alot of other teenagers at the diner too. '' Are they from college ? ''
"Yeah, My Chem was a real good band. It sucks that they broke up." Peyton agreed, nodding her head in agreement. She didn't really listen to Fall Out Boy however, she never really got into them all that much. Maybe one day she'l try them out again.
"I'm only teasing you, I don't care what you wear." She wouldn't regulate his clothing habits! That wasn't cool anyway.
"Come in, come in, I don't need you standing outside there, you're probably cold for all I know!" She didn't want to seem insensitive either.
Going to answer the door, Peyton opened the door up a slither before opening it up wide enough for her to see who it was. She couldn't help but chuckle to herself at Jefferson's attire.
"So, did My Chemical Romance get back together and you're in a state of happiness or did Fall Out Boy break up again?" She teased, noting all the black. Not minding that, she laughed before motioning for him to come on inside.
