She smiled and and kissed her cheek before getting into the passenger side. She put the keys in and turned the car on as they waited, turning on the heater since it was cold out and put the radio on low. When she saw spencer walking out to the car, she smiled a little more.
Chris nodded then looked down and thought to herself as she ate. She glanced up at him every once in a while to see if he was alright then looked down at her plate once it was empty. Staring at it for awhile. She wasn't hungry or confused, she just stared at it blankly as if it were speaking to her and wouldn't shut up.
"You definitely should! I mean yeah there's always the internet but the newspaper limits everything to our neighborhood really! It's a lot simpler!" Peyton really didn't mind the whole "old fashion feeling" using a newspaper had, if she used the internet she'd get excited over employment that could have been in another state.
"Hm, that's something you have to take up with the circulation desk but maybe I can help you out with that." She replied with a small smirk.
She smiled and kissed him once before nodding. "Will do." She said before walking out of the apartment. She walked to the car and opened the backseat. She set Rachel down and made sure to strap her in securely
She laughed looking down at them. "She's probably just trying to copy what I'm doing." She took the cup out o the box and put it on the counter. She handed Rachel a couple of rags and watched her drop them in the box. Rachel giggled and clapped after she put the rags in the box
"College kids." Peyton answered with a laugh. This instantly meant that she'd pretty much get to be on her phone for the whole time there, or maybe even got to read some books there. Yeah, reading was something she'd love to catch up on already.
"You should quit." She agreed, nodding her head. "But definitely, finding a job in this economy's really hard. Have you tried looking in the newspaper? Yeah it's old fashioned but that's how I found mine." She wouldn't even mind helping him out too if Jefferson needed it.
